Where do you source your products from?
We work with our amazing suppliers to ensure that the products we source are sustainable (either from FSC certified managed woodland or organic cotton), single use plastic free and made in an ethical way e.g. no child labour.
Most of our products come from Indonesia, Turkey, Netherlands or China.
I've seen something you don't have in stock but you stock the brand - can you order it for me?
Wherever possible we will do our upmost to source products for our wonderful customers. The product would need to fit in line with values (no single use plastic) as well as us have a reasonable lead time to order it and receive delivery e.g. 1-2 weeks, and we will happily try our best to source it for you.
Do you offer a lay away service?
Yes! We offer a lay away service for our in-store customers. You can secure any item at it's current selling price for a 10% non-refundable deposit. When you next make payment is completely up to you! All we ask is that the item is paid for in full before you take it home.
